sean diddy combs, alleged victim,

The alleged victim has stated that he chose not to report the incident due to the “power and notoriety” of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. He is both in shock and embarrassment. A new lawsuit filed on Monday, February 10, accuses Combs of sexually assaulting a man in 2022. The claimant, referred to anonymously as John Doe, filed the lawsuit through attorney Tony Buzbee.

Alleged victim accuses Sean Diddy Combs of sexual assault

According to the filing in the New York County Supreme Court, the victim claims he was “drugged and forcefully raped” by Combs. The incident reportedly occurred after Doe, a young musician at the time, was approached while busking outside a popular nightclub. The location is said to be Los Angeles in November 2022.

Doe alleged that a representative of Combs invited him to an “exclusive A-list birthday party” at a private residence, where he first encountered the founder of Bad Boy Records. After meeting Combs, Doe claims the musician served him a drink that had been drugged. It made various enticing promises about helping him obtain a major recording contract.

Once incapacitated, Doe alleged that he was forcefully made to perform oral sex and was subsequently raped. The lawsuit states, “Because of Combs’ power and notoriety. And because he was shocked and embarrassed, Doe did not report what occurred.”

Doe is seeking a jury trial and is requesting compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm, in an amount to be determined at trial.

In response to the allegations, Combs’ attorneys have dismissed the claims as unfounded. “As we have stated before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt. Particularly when faced with claims that are either ridiculous on their face or demonstrably false,” a spokesperson said. “Mr Combs and his legal team are confident in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Combs is currently incarcerated, facing multiple sexual assault lawsuits and criminal charges related to sex crimes. He has been denied bail on several occasions. It is scheduled to stand trial for charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering on May 5. He has reportedly pleaded not guilty to all allegations.
